| In this fictional psychological thriller set in the early 1990s, the FBI must race against the clock to capture a serial killer. Clarice Starling (Foster) is a bright cadet at the FBI academy. She is called upon by her superiors to help catch Buffalo Bill, a serial killer that is abducting women at an alarming rate.
