Review By James Craver "Our Man Flint"
Starring: James Coburn, Lee J. Cobb
Before Austin Powers, before Matt Helm, before Maxwell Smart, there was Derek Flint, a karate black-belt, master fencer, ballet dancer, quick-change artist, brain surgeon, nuclear physicist, and all-around super-spy.

When the weather and seismological patterns of the world are thrown into chaos by a mysterious band of criminals, Z.O.W.I.E. (Zonal Organization on World Intelligence Espionage) leader Cramden (Lee J. Cobb) is ordered by the President to recruit former secret-agent Derek Flint (James Coburn) to investigate.

Flint, a wealthy playboy and technical genius who lives with four beautiful women in his New York love-nest and has 82 different weapons and other devices hidden in his lighter alone, doesn't want the job, but agrees to do it when an assassin tries to eliminate him and almost kills Cramden.

Tracking the assassin to Marseilles, France through traces of bouillabaisse on the dart the assassin used, Flint discovers that the group behind the disasters is a high-tech band of terrorists calling themselves Galaxy.

Tracking the group to Galaxy Island, Flint discovers that he must not only save the world, but also rescue his four girlfriends from being brainwashed into love-slaves.
But foiling Galaxy will be no easy task, as Flint will be forced to battle an army of goons, a Nazi war-criminal (Michael St. Clair), a sultry femme fatale (Gila Golan), a suave British assassin (Edward Mulhare), and three mad scientists (Benson Fong, Rhys Williams, and Peter Brocco) to save the world from being forced into an unending, universal peace!
