| Review Summary and Plot Commentary about Poirot: Lord Edgware Dies |
David Suchet plays Poirot yet again in the third screen adaptation of Agatha Christi's classic novel, and in my opinion, the best. Poirot and Hastings see a talented American impressionalist, Carlotta Adams, and is approached by distressed Jane Wilkinson who is anxious to divorce her evil husband Lord Edgeware. He refuses indignantly, and soon is found with a dagger in his neck! If from all this you deduce that Jane is the killer - think again, she has the perfect alibi... Another baffling case for Poirot's "Little grey cells"...
