Richard Chance is a hot-dog Secret Service agent whose aging partner and mentor, Jimmy Hart, is days away from retirement. As a last action, Hart decides to take down Eric Masters, a counterfeiter. While at Masters's desert compund, Hart is killed by Masters in a very brutal manner.
