| Review Summary and Plot Commentary about Body Snatchers |
BODY SNATCHERS is a movie directed by Abel Ferrara in 1993. The film earned a nomination for the Golden Palm at the Cannes Film Festival.
Terry Kinney's family has just moved in a military base where Terry must make some chemical controls for the government. Unfortunately, mean extra-terrestrials have chosen this base to begin the invasion of Earth. They have the ability to become duplicates of humans and they are replacing one by one the occupants of the base. Terry's daughter, Gabrielle Anwar, and a military pilot will try to leave the base in order to warn the world. One of Ferrara's best movies.
