| Review Summary and Plot Commentary about Capricorn One |
Astronauts are pulled from their capsule just before liftoff, and forced to fake the entire journey. A journalist becomes suspicious and tries to discover the truth, as the astronauts discover that their lives are in danger because they know the truth. They escape, only to find themselves on the run, being hunted by government operatives. Includes a great scene where one of the astronauts free-climbs a sheer cliff in the desert in order to escape.
