Review Summary and Plot Commentary about Virtuosity
VIRTUOSITY is a movie directed by Brett Leonard in 1995.

Ex-L.A. policeman Denzel Washington is asked to find and eliminate SID 6.7, an android who has gone mad and is leaving a bloody path behind him. Washington, who's actually serving a 17 years sentence in the penitentiary is implanted with a micro-bomb that will explode if he doesn't play by the rules. There will be countless duels between SID 6.7 and Denzel before the good human defeats the bad android.

All seems to be fine untill one of the programmers accidently releases the ultimate criminal from the program who in turn runs amock through the city. The program, called Sid 6.7, retains the ability to regenerate his body if damaged, lift people over his head with ease and on top of all that, his sole function is to kill, maim, and destroy. Barnes, being the only one capable of catching this sadistic killer, is released into the world with a badge a gun and a lisence to kill. but when a major misunderstanding causes the police to seek Barnes, Parker must both defeat Sid 6.7 and avoid capture or go back to jail.
