Ice Cube is a Detective in LA.His main character, Mike Elpps,was an old friend that stayed in trouble, That was in and out of prison. However, Ice Cube kept noticing Mike Elpps everywhere, so he questioned him about a recent theft
that took place in the city. Mike Elpps knew he would be the one first accused of the crime,because of his criminal history, with him being on probation he thought this would be the end for him.So he had a unique alibi, he was asked to purchase lottery tickets, and found out he was a winner,knowing this Mike Elpps wanted to tell Officer Ice Cube that he was a millionaire, but he just knew it would be unbelievable, talking his way out, as being the number one suspect.
