| Review Summary and Plot Commentary about Emma |
Emma is generally a rich girl living in the Regency era (the early 1900's), who fancies she's a good matchmaker. She takes in Harriet Smith, a girl who isn't quite in a good position in society and attempts to match her with a good husband, but in doing so, Emma is keeping Harriet from her true love and preventing her happiness in marriage. And throughout the movie Emma slowly realizes this, and in the process she finds that she herself must understand true love.

This movie is basicaly about a girl named Emma, who is trying to grow up and act as a matchmaker. Little does she know about her own feelings and how to handle them. I think that this is a wonderful movie!
