Review Summary and Plot Commentary about Halloween
On Halloween night, a 6 year old boy, Michael Myers, kills his sister and is committed to a mental hospital. 15 years later, on Halloween, Michael escapes from the hospital and returns home to begin killing again.
Loomis, Michael's doctor, knows how dangerous he is and he follows him to stop him.
Michael targets Laurie and Annie, two high school girls, and follows them.
Laurie and Annie are babysitting in houses across the street from each other. Annie talks Laurie into watching her little girl so she can be with her boyfriend, but Michael kills her before she leaves. Annie also lets her two friends use the house to have sex, but Michael kills them as well.
Michael gets into the house with Laurie and attacks her.
Laurie stabs him with a knitting needle, but he doesn't die. He chases her upstairs and into a closet where she uses a coat hanger and stabs him in the eye, but he keeps coming.
The two kids escape and run from the house screaming.
Dr. Loomis hears and sees the kids and runs to help. He shoots Michael several times, causing him to fall out a window. But, when Loomis looks down, Michael's body is gone.

In 1963 a young Michael Myers killed one of his sister's in cold blood. He was sent off to a mental institution where he stayed for 15 years. In 1978 he escapes and heads back to his home town to kill his other sister and terrorize the town.

The classic thriller that started the slasher genre. Masked maniac Michael Myers returns to his small town to stalk some teenage babysitters.

Tonight is Halloween and Michael Myers has just escaped, after patiently and silently waiting. Waiting for what? Escaping back to Haddonfield, Ill. to pick up where he left off fifteen years before. Maybe to chow down on a family pet.
Jamie Lee Curtis (first role) is Laurie, babysitter and normal friend to two nasty, mean, rude slutpuppies, Annie and Lynda.
(they SHOULD die; they're way too bitchy and mean to live) Lesson for the day: Don't curse at the weird guy in the white hockey mask, speeding through your neighborhood; especially if you don't know him. (yet)
This is one of the scariest movie of all time, if not THE.
Donald Pleasance is Dr. Sam Loomis, scared to death that he's too late to stop Michael....
