Review Summary and Plot Commentary about Shanghai Noon
A Jackie Chan comedy, action movie set in the west, where the Emperor's daughter has been kidnapped and taken to the American west. Jackie is part of the group that goes to America to ransom her back. His adventures in getting there and his association with an outlaw are funny and exiting. One of his better movies.
--Ed Phillips, Resident Scholar

Jackie Chan, playing Chon Wang, goes to America in the Wild West to try to save the princess of China (Lucy Liu) and ends up meeting Owen Wilson.
--Michael Gookin, Resident Scholar
