| Review Summary and Plot Commentary about The Brave Little Toaster |
A set of appliances, including a toaster and an electric blanket, secretly comes to life and talk when no one's around. They adore their 8-year-old "master," Rob.
But the appliances are abandoned in a summer vacation home for years, and they miss their master. So, led by the brave little toaster, the group decides to set out into the wilderness to find their master.
When Rob is college-aged, he goes to the summer home to pick up his old appliances because he can use them again now, only to find that they've disappeared.
Meanwhile, the appliances fight the harshness of the outdoors, and the treachery of the city, including a fix-it guy who wants to break them up for spare parts. Will they survive and find their master?
