Cecil B. Demented is John Waters. He probes the evil Hollywood machine. Cecil is a vigilante director who main purpose in life is undergorund cinema. He is on a mission to educate people about the main stream cinema strong hold and, to make his movie. All he needed was a star. So, he kidnapped one, Melanie Griffith. Waters, the writer and director, gives his characters great dialogues on the situations of american life but, with a different spin.
