| Review Summary and Plot Commentary about JFK |
New Orleans district attorney Jim Garrison (Kevin Costner), after finally realizing the many strange occurences in the murder of President Kennedy begins to investigate the assassination. What he undercovers threatenes the security of his job, family, friends, and the nation. Based on true events, although somewhat mythical, this is a very important film. When JFK was released, the public noise was so great that it led to the disclosure of thousands of assassination documentsd to the general public. An interesting and persuasive film that encourages us to look deeper into one of the darkest moments of our American history.
