| Review Summary and Plot Commentary about SLC Punk |
Stevo has just gotten out of college, along with his best friend, Herion Bob. He believes very strongly in quite a few things, most of all that anarchy is the only system that will work, and that chaos is the only way. He's determined to waste his somewhat brillant mind and not go to graduate school, until he hears he's been accepted at Harvard Law. At the same time, his friends all seem to be leaving him and rethinking what they believe in and why. It tkaes this and a hard loss to make Stevo see what was wrong with how he'd been thinking, and his life's ambitions.

A punk in the eighties lives life in the only way that he sees fit. Friends and enemies shape his views. The world is his and he comes to terms with truth. SLC PUNK shows that growing up is hard, even when the nation tells you that you are grown.
