| Review Summary and Plot Commentary about The Boys in Company C |
A motley assortment of young men are caught up in the turmoil of the Veitnam war and learn to rely on each other to survive. From the trials of boot camp at MCRD San Diego to their depolyment in Veitnam, these men develop a special bond of trust in each other, and also become cynical of the war they are fighting. From the elusive enemy VC to the high ranking officers who direct the war, the Marines learn that not everything they are told is true, and the real enemy is sometimes who they would least expect.
