A war hero and his squad of Marines are sent to Yemen to rescue the American ambassador. While they are there, they begin to take heavy fire so Col. Childers orders his men to open fire on a crowd of people. In the gunfire they accidently kill several innocent people. Now Childers is on trial for murder, so he calls on his lawyer friend for help. Together these two fight the battle of their lives.
