A group of criminals are looking for a doll with heroin inside. The doll ends up at a blind woman's house. The criminals head to the blind woman's house to try to retrieve it, but they find this difficult because she is smart. She then tries to overcome her disability and outsmart her attackers.

Susy Hendrix is a blind woman whose husbad accidentally get mixed up in drug trafficking by a now dead woman named Lisa. Lisa gives Sam Hendrix a heroine stuffed musical doll. Lisa's two ex loves and a man who calls himself Roat Jr. and Sr. plan to con Susy out of the doll. They do not expect a blind woman to ever be a smart as Susy is... Roat decives his co-conners and nearly kills Susy, too, but Susy is the "World's Champion Blind Woman".
