| Review Summary and Plot Commentary about Fast Times At Ridgemont High |
The main character played by Jennifer Jason-Leigh is sweet but naive. She wastes her virginity on a older guy in a fast food joint she works in. He is after just one thing , a good time and no more. She is egged on in her sexual adventures by her over-sexed girlfriend played by Phoebe Cates. Spiccoli played by Sean Penn ( he will never live this role down) is a partying fool. He dreams of a life as a professional surfer but can barely get by in highschool. Let's not forget about the boy who really loves Jennifer but he really isn't cool enough for her to notice ..she is making the moves on Ramon his best friend.
