Review Summary and Plot Commentary about Conflict (1945)
CONFLICT is a Warner production directed by Curtis Bernhardt in 1945.

Humphrey Bogart and Rose Hobart celebrate their 5 years anniversary of marriage but Bogie is in love with Hobart's younger sister Alexis Smith. After a car accident that leaves him with a broken leg, he pretends not to be able to walk anymore and organizes the murder of Hobart in the mountains nearby. As his friend psychiatrist Sydney Greenstreet and the police desperately search for Hobart, Bogie tries to seduce Alexis Smith.
