SIDE STREET is a MGM production directed by Anthony Mann in 1950.

NYC. Farley Granger is a postman who's got the opportunity to steal $30,000.- from a lawyer specialized in the blackmail business. But soon, tortured by guilt, Farley feels the urge to leave his pregnant wife to whom he cannot but lie in order to find a way to return the money to its owner.
