| Review Summary and Plot Commentary about Watership Down |
Based on the novel by Richard Adams, this is a story that spans generations. Still a classic today, it follows a warren of rabbits pushed from their homeland in Britian by a condominum development. A group of rabbits sets out to find a new place to live, facing predators, fellow rabbits, dogs, men and more. A very touching movie, but very graphic at times. I would not reccommend it for young viewers, even though it is animated. :)
