| Review Summary and Plot Commentary about Mercy |
Based on the David L. Lindsey novel, MERCY is a movie written for the screen and directed by Damian Harris in 1999.
A serial killer is murdering wealthy young women always in the same manner. Detective Ellen Barkin will discover, during her investigation, that all the victims belonged to a special women's club reserved to lesbians and bondage addicts. Meanwhile, psychiatrist Julian Sands is receiving the confidences of some of the members of this special club who've suffered from various traumatisms during their childhood.
