| Review Summary and Plot Commentary about A Thin Line Between Love and Hate |
Martin Lawrence plays a club owner/player who goes around town seeing differemt women whenever he pleases. He is seduced by Lynn Whitfield, a beautiful woman who eventually becomes his own worst enemy after he rejects her advances. Lawrence's character also finds out that there is someone who he's truly meant to be with (Regina King), and she returns home from the navy. Bobby Brown is brilliant as Lawrence's partner, and Della Reese does a spectacular portrayal of his mother.
