| Review Summary and Plot Commentary about Wildcats |
When Goldie Hawn takes over a Chicago high-school football team, she is treading potentially dangerous territory. But she gets the team used to her new coaching style, and they start playing far beyond expectations. This is a movie that explores the wacky world of high-school football. Hawn is a very brilliant coach, and she inspired Whoopi Goldberg to coach the New York Knicks in Eddie. In addition, she makes the football coach very likable in this film.
