SUZANNE'S CAREER (La Carrière de Suzanne) is a movie written and directed by Eric Rohmer in 1963.
The movie describes a few weeks in the life of a group of students. The main character, Bertrand, will observe how Suzanne, a young girl integrated in the group, will flirt with his friend Guillaume. When Guillaume, tired of Suzanne, neglects her, Bertrand will become her friend. Suzanne will try to seduce him but Bertrand is not interested in her. She will then leave him and go on searching for the right man to marry.
