Cleo is a beautiful pop singer who seems to have a wonderful future ahead of her. When she finds out that she may have cancer, her shallow life begins to disturb her. Cleo abandons her insensitive lover and begins to journey through Paris as an independent woman. She meets a caring soldier just about to ship out, and he accompanies her to discover the results of her medical tests.
