Review Summary and Plot Commentary about Night Patrol
Melvin (Langston), is a police officer who is moonlighting as "the unknown comic". He gets assigned to "night patrol" by his flatulent dwarf police captain (Billy Barty) and has to prove his innocence when a criminal starts committing a series of robberies while dressed as the unknown comic. Along the way, he befriends his sex-obsessed police partner (Pat Paulsen) and falls in love with a female police officer (Linda Blair).
