This movie was directed by Alfred Hitchcock in 1952.
This story is about a man disguised as a priest who murders a another man. After that the murderer (O.E. Hasse) confess to the priest (Montgomery Clift) that heīs killed a guy. Police find out the murdered man blackmailed to the priest because of an affair heīd got with a young woman (Ann Baxter) before being priest. Due to this coincidence and because of the cassock the killer wore, everybody think that the priest is guilty but he cannot reveal the confessionīs secret.
