Alex Winter stars as Ricky Coogin, a former child star turned fertilizer pitchman. He flies to South America to be a spokesperson for Zygrot 24, a deadly pesticide. He gets kidnapped and mutated by a deranged scientist (Randy Quaid) who is using the Zygrot 24 to turn people into mutant side show attractions. He teams up with the other mutants to overthrow the scientist and save the day.
