Two cops set their sights on busting a drug dealer. The dealer owns a mortuary and smuggles ecstasy inside dead bodies. One of the cops' sister works for the DEA and goes undercover to clean money for the dealer. When the dealer discovers that she's a cop he kidnaps her and takes her to Cuba. The two cops, along with their SWAT team and a CIA spy go on an unauthorized mission to rescue the girl and catch the dealer. They rescue the girl and lead the dealer to the US consulate wher he is killed in a mine field. All's well that ends well.
