Jack (Jackson) is a cello-playing cop assigned to the auto theft unit about to leave on vacation, but a distraught neighbor needs his help. Her daughter has run away. Reluctantly, he agrees to help her. During his canvas, he stops to help an elderly lady but has stumbled into a nest of criminals ending preparations for a bank robbery. Tyrone (Skarsgård) orders Jack held hostage. Erin (Jovovich) is left to guard him. This movie is based on Dashiell Hammett's story “The House on Turk Street,” which was also the title of this turkey upon its initial release.
