All the infant characters from the television show, The Rugrats, are back in this movie. Tommy, Chuckie, Phil, Lil, and Angelica. Tommy gets a new brother, Dil, who proves to be troublesome to the rest of the babies, so they decide to take him back to the hospital. On the way they get lost and wind up getting stuck in the forest. Tommy and the gang must find the way out and Tommy must learn to take responsibility for his brother.
