| Review Summary and Plot Commentary about Help! I'm a Fish! |
In this cute kids film originally made in Denmark, three kids out on a fishing trip stumble across a mad professor. When the youngest child drinks a potion that turns her into a fish, the two older boys must transform themselves into fish and rescue her. But there is a time-limit of 48 hours- or they will remain fish forever! However, the antidote is lost and begins to leak, creating intelligent fish. One such is Joe (voiced by Alan Rickman) who swiftly organises a fish 'society' with him as its dictator. Now the kids must race against time to retrieve the antidote from Joe and find their way home, before they are trapped as fish! Catchy songs feature throughout.
