In this spy comedy a taxi driver gets a job driving a spy. The spy gets injured, so he tells the cab driver about a secret tuxedo that makes you move with incredible speed and makes you very athletic. He wears the tuxedo and poses as a spy. He is partnered up with a female spy. Their mission is to stop a madman bent on destroying the world's water supply.

Jimmy Tong is a taxi driver who had just been drafted to become a chauffer for international spy and millionaire, Clark Devlin. When Clark gets injured, Jimmy puts on Clark's tuxedo and finds out that is has a lot of tecnological features. He gets a call and is paired with Del Blaine, an inexperienced spy who thinks Jimmy is Clark Devlin. Together they must stop Dietrich Banning from contaminating the world's water supply.
