| Review Summary and Plot Commentary about Just Looking |
Lerry is an average 14 year-old boy, obsessed with sex and girls. For his summer project, he sets out to "witness an act of love." After he gets caught trying to watch his mother and step-father have sex, they send him to Brooklyn to stay with his aunt and uncle. There he meets a new group of friends and has a lot of fun, all while growing up in the summer of 1955.
