A shipment of Vigoroso, a Viagra type medicine, gets lost on the way to the US from Mexico. Eddie, a politician/mob criminal goes down to Arizona to get it. Mitch, the sheriff of a small town in Arizona gets involved and tries to stop the mob from getting the Vigoroso.
