Review Summary and Plot Commentary about The Phantom
Billy Zane is the Phantom whose mission to protect all from evil and save the world from the evil Xander Drax. There are skulls that are believed to have great power and give control to whomever holds all three. Drax has two and desperately seeks the third. The Phantom and Kristy Swanson do everything and anything in their power to stop this disaster from happening.
