The secret to time travel has been discovered! The government makes a special sqaud to protect the secret and make sure no one abuses it. However, an evil senator is abusing it. A cop's wife is killed by the senator in 1994. 10 years later the cop is on the Time Squad and the senator is gaining power. The cop heads back into time to try to save his wife and kill the senator, so the senator won't take over the country.
