| Review Summary and Plot Commentary about The Cassandra Crossing |
An infected terrorist escapes from a Geneva chemical institute and carries a deadly plague to a European express train. The United States military takes over the train and sends it in the direction of a bridge of the verge of collapse, The Cassandra Crossing. As victims of the plague get well, the train continues to the bridge, despite the pleas of the only doctor on the train, Dr. Jonathan Chamberlain. Chamberlain and a group of passengers begin a desprate fight to stop the train and save the lives of the 1,000 people on board.
