Eddy (Charles) and Stuart (Baldwin) share two thirds of a college dormitory. A bureaucratic error causes the two of them to end up with a new roommate- Alex (Boyle). At first relations between the three are filled with stress and anxiety as they all attempt to adjust to the living arrangement. Before long Alex finds herself developing feelings for Eddy while Stuart lusts after her. Eddy on the other hand, realizes that he's gay and also very attracted to Stuart. The three roomies make a pledge to not act on any romantic or sexual feelings that they have for each other. They become very close friends in the process and enjoy spending time together, while at the same time bottling up a great deal of sexual tension.
