Jackie Chan plays a floor-scrubbing servant at a karate temple of sorts, who runs into an old man (referred to in the movie's dubbed English as "Old Man") who teaches him the Snake Fist style of kung-fu. Meanwhile, the evil people who practice the Eagle-Claw style of kung-fu have been killing off all of the Snake Fist users, and spend most of the movie searching for Jackie Chan's teacher, Old Man, who apparently is one of the best Snake Fist people. This movie is completely action-packed with back-to-back fighting scenes that are extremely entertaining due to Chan's humor. The fighting is broken up only by two fun "training" montages, first where Chan learns Snake Fist from his master, and second when he develops his own new techniques in preparing to battle the Eagle Claws.
