| Review Summary and Plot Commentary about Brannigan |
BRANNIGAN is a British movie directed by Douglas Hickox in 1975.
Lt Jim Brannigan, a Chicago PD policeman, is sent to London to bring back to the U.S. the mobster Ben Larkin. Unfortunately, Larkin is kidnapped by two British bad guys just before Brannigan's arrival. Jim will have to help Scotland Yard as the kidnappers threaten to kill Larkin if an important ransom is not paid in time. The situation gets worse when an american hitman, hired by Larkin, tries in several occasions to kill Brannigan.
