| Review Summary and Plot Commentary about Revenge of the Nerds II: Nerds in Paradise |
The Tri-Lambdas of Adams College may be in control of their Greek council, but fraternity politics at the national level is a whole other game as the nerds learn when they go to the national convention in Fort Lauderdale. The other Alpha Beta chapters have heard about the nerds. An alumnus who manages the hotel hosting the convention has rigged the reservation so Lewis Skolnik (Carradine) and friends can't check in. They are forced to find a hotel, but with the convention in town it's difficult. They make the best of the flea bag they've found. Lewis, Booger (Armstrong), Poindexter (Busfield), and the others must find a way to get the respect of the other fraternities despite the interference of Rog (Bradley Whiteford), Ogre (Donald Gibb), and the other Alpha Betas. Maybe Sunny (Thorne-Smith), the cute desk clerk trainee, will help.
