Review Summary and Plot Commentary about Meltdown
A small group of ex-American soldiers pose as terrorists and seize a nuclear power plant and threaten to blow it up. All of the soldiers are dying from cancer caused by uranium poisoning.   They attack the plant as a warning, to show how easily it can be done. One of the soldiers sets real explosives and plans to actually blow up the plant. When a rogue security guard finds out, the soldier quickly kills her. With the help of an FBI agent, a small team of soldiers storm the plant and take down the terrorists allowing only one minor explosion and saving the plant.
