Pierre, Michel and Jacques are three bachelors living in the same flat in Paris. One day, as Jacques, an airline pilot, is in Thailand, one of Jacques's numerous girlfriends abandons their little 6 months old baby in front of the apartment. During three weeks, Pierre and Michel will have to learn to take care of a baby and must completely change their well organized lives. When Jacques finally comes back, the three friends decide to keep the baby until the return of the mother due six months later. They are ready to give up their free time in order to stay with the little Marie.
