Based on the well-known Gaston Leroux novel, LE MYSTERE DE LA CHAMBRE JAUNE (The Mystery of the Yellow Room) is a movie written and directed by Bruno Podalydès in 2003.
Mathilde Stangerson was attacked in her bedroom. Nobody has been able to come out of the locked room before her father enters to help her. Soon, the judge De Marquet, the police inspector Frédéric Larsan and the journalist Joseph Rouletabille get to the Stangerson castle in order to solve this unusual mystery.
