A super shy woman turns superhero in Catwoman. Halle Berry is passive Patience Phillips, an artist who works at a cosmetic company which harbors a deadly secret about one of its most popular products. One night when Patience inadvertently discovers the secret, she is murdered but gets new life breathed into her by a powerful Egyptian cat named Midnight. As Catwoman she seeks revenge on her murderers. Benjamin Bratt is the detective fascinated by both her personas and Sharon Stone plays a perfect comic book-esque adversary.
