Review Summary and Plot Commentary about Barnie's Minor Annoyances
BARNIE'S MINOR ANNOYANCES (Barnie et ses petites contrariétés) is a film co-written and directed by the French director Bruno Chiche in 2001.

Barnie (Luchini), a 45 years old French engineer working in London, has a tortuous sex life. Happily married to Lucie (Baye) to whom he comes back every evening, Barnie has nonetheless begun two extramarital relations in England : with Mark (Speer), a man he encountered in the London subway, and with the young Margot (Gillain).

All these characters will meet together in the Orient-Express train to Venice, Italy during the birthday trip Lucie has offered Barnie. The poor man will also
have to deal with the fact that Lucie has just confessed to him that she's had an affair with Alexandre, the history teacher of their daughter. And Alexandre is also aboard the Orient-Express.
