Review Summary and Plot Commentary about Meet the Fockers
In Meet the Parents, Ben Stiller met his fiance's parents and just about every imaginable thing that could go wrong, went wrong. In Meet the Fockers, Gaylord and Pam who are to be married, and bring Pam's parents, Jack and Dina (DeNiro and Danner) to meet Gaylord's parents Bernie and Roz (Hoffman and Streisand). It turns out Gaylord's oddities are a mild sampling of his folks. And even with home field advantage he still isn't able to save himself from humilimation from his future in laws who share adolescent sex stories. Needless to say the Fockers eccentric behavior clashes a little with the Byrnes, especially Jack.
